Minimum lead time: Approx. 3 weeks *depending on size of order
First order minimum: $100.00
Repeat order minimum: $75.00

Note: Wholesale prices are for retail resellers only.
I accept Paypal (which accepts all major credit cards). Payment is due when your order is placed. Your purchase will be shipped approximately 3 weeks after payment is received. However, I am happy to work with you if you need expedited shipping.
Net 30 is available on subsequent orders.
Once I receive your order I will send an order confirmation with total cost of items including shipping fees and estimated ship date.
Shipping Options & Fees
I make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible.
I ship priority mail through the U.S Postal Service (2-3 business days) with delivery confirmation for easy tracking of your package. Shipping fees are paid by the buyer and are determined by the weight of items and location being shipped to. Flat rate shipping will be chosen when it is the more cost-effective option.
Most International orders are shipped via USPS International First-Class Mail. (This mailing class does not allow insurance nor provide tracking numbers.) Please note that buyer will be responsible for customs fees.

Returns & Refunds
Your customer experience is my priority. From the moment I receive your order until the moment you receive your package, I pride myself on making every step of your experience exceptional!
I am committed to bringing you the best quality and care! Please keep in mind that due to the nature of hand-printing please expect some variations and “imperfections”. These imperfections are in no way an indication of lesser quality but rather the marks of a heart-crafted piece created with a great amount of care and attention to detail.
However, if for any reason you are not happy with your experience or purchase, please do not hesitate to let me know via email at tania@shopindobay.com within 2-3 days of receiving your order and I will work with you to ensure your happiness!
You can expect a refund for the item cost to your credit card right away upon receiving your returned product.
Please carefully package the items and include your billing name, address, and email address in the package.
